Grand Rising all and Welcome all to another blog entry.
Feeling great and “blissed”. Sipping on an amazing smoothie (ingredients below) and typing up this entry after an awesome shower and an even better rising run. 2.14 miles (3.44 kilometers) completed with an average pace of 15.14. Get into it, yuh. Honestly did not want to get it this rising, but happy that was turned around. This winter body is not going to come around the corner itself. Twenty-five push-ups followed the rising run.
Smoothie ingredients Include:
Frozen strawberries (a lot)
1 scoop SkinnyFit powder
2 vitamin C packets: lime
1 & 1/2 scoops of Supergreens powder
Water: purified
Sparkling water: more than the purified

As stated in the last entry, that essay was completed and turned in. Professor K said it looked great and that the only thing that needed to be corrected was page number 1 should not be labeled and to fix the citations since it was in APA Format. He also introduced the Bibliography section in the References tab on Microsoft Word, which was more than helpful.
In a few days it will be an entire month of not being on social media. Feels refreshing and allows time for more personal events to take place, more exercise, more sleep, and more true and intimate connection with myself and possibly others.
Astronomy starts next week, so that is definitely going to be another task to add onto the schedule. Speaking of the stars, we are currently in Retrograde. Not only in Mercury, as everyone seems to be so feared and scared of, but also: Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, and Uranus. October is definitely going to be a transformative month, so look out for divine and timely offers. They are coming quick and before you even realize. Grab and claim them! They belong to you!
Retrograde means regression for anyone who may not have been aware of the terminology. Think of regression in the sense of allowing regression in order for progression and learning to come in and guide.
